August 27, 2024, New Delhi: In the current Adani Delhi Premier League T20 at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Purani Dilli 6 defeated North Delhi Strikers by 20 runs thanks to a five-wicket haul from Aayush.
Vaibhav Kandpal and Sarthak Ranjan opened the innings for North Delhi Strikers, who were chasing a target of 193 runs. Aayush Singh Thakur gave his squad a fantastic start when he dismissed Sarthak Ranjan for a duck in his opening over.

After dismissing Yash Dabas for six runs in his second over, Aayush struck once more, leaving the North Delhi Strikers floundering at 19/2 after 2.4 overs.
