Eoin Morgan, the World Cup-winning captain, has been declared fit to lead a 14-men squad to the Netherlands for a three-match ODI series starts next month. Left-handed seamer from Lancashire Luke Wood has received his first England call-up. He joins with Gloucestershire seamer, and fellow left-armer, David Payne are the only uncapped players included in the squad, though Payne was previously called up for the series against Pakistan last summer yet to make his debut for England.

These matches are played at the VRA Ground in Amstelveen, near Amsterdam, will take place between the second and third Tests in England's home series against New Zealand, which means that new Test captain Ben Stokes, Joe Root, and Jonny Bairstow are unavailable for the selection.

Durham seamer Brydon Carse and big-hitting Lancashire batsman Phil Salt, both who made their ODI debuts in that much-changed England squad that demolished Pakistan 3-0 a year ago added back to the squad.

Five left-arm seamers are named in the 14-men squad (Sam Curran, David Willey, Reece Topley, Luke Wood and David Payne)

Jason Roy will return to action after missing the IPL to spend time with his family, while Jos Buttler, Moeen Ali, David Willey, and Liam Livingstone will return following their respective IPL campaigns.

Several England players are currently injured, including Chris WoakesJofra Archer, Saqib Mahmood and Mark Wood, but Sam Curran is back in action after recovering from a back stress fracture.

However, wicketkeeper-batsman Sam Billings was dropped, with Phil Salt likely to replace Bairstow at the top of the order, partnering with Jason Roy and Jos Buttler behind the wickets.

England ODI Squad: Eoin Morgan (c), Moeen Ali, Jos Buttler(wk), Brydon Carse, Sam Curran, Liam Livingstone, Dawid Malan, Jason Roy, David Payne, Adil Rashid, Phil Salt, Reece Topley, David Willey, Luke Wood.
