At SuperSport Park in Centurion, England Women defeated South Africa by nine wickets in their last IT20 encounter of the series.
After gaining a 2-0 lead earlier this week, Heather Knight's team entered the game having won the series.
With 51 balls remaining, the tourists quickly reached their goal of 125, with Sophia Dunkley at 24 not out and opener Danni Wyatt-Hodge finishing undefeated at 53.
England's lone dismissal came from opener Maia Bouchier, who was caught by Nondumiso Shangase for 35 off 21 balls following a fast 56 in 5.4 overs.
After winning the toss, England decided to bowl. In the opening two overs, Lauren Bell and Lauren Filer, respectively, removed Faye Tunnicliffe and Anneke Bosch.
The Proteas were 45-5, but Nondumiso Shangase and Nadine de Klerk each scored a half-century, which significantly increased the team's total.
Bell claimed two wickets, Filer, Freya Kemp, and Sophie Ecclestone each, while Charlie Dean claimed three wickets and a run out.
The three-match ODI series between the two teams will now begin on Wednesday, December 4, in Kimberley.
