India’s squad for T20I series against Ireland announced
The All-India Senior Selection Committee has picked a 17-member squad for the T20I series against Ireland. Team India will play two T20Is on June 26th and 28th in Dublin.
Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer have been withdrawn from the squad. They'll be travelling along with Test squad, and both are likely to feature in the practice game, which will take place on the same date as the T20Is against Ireland.
Suryakumar Yadav has rejoined the squad after missing the T20I series against South Africa due to an injury. Sanju Samson recalls to the team after being left out of the current series against South Africa. After a terrific IPL season with Sunrisers Hyderabad, Rahul Tripathi has earned his maiden India call-up.
Arshdeep Singh and Umran Malik have secured their spots, while Kuldeep Yadav has been left out. He might still be rehabilitating from an injury sustained during net practice ahead of the first T20I versus South Africa.
