We hope to be the 2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup winners. We have been working toward this as a team for a time, and winning the trophy will always be our objective.

This team is full of desire and determination, and we will stop at nothing to leave our mark and succeed while playing a fearless style of cricket.

The goal is simple: no matter where we play in the world, we want to win and honor our nation and our ardent supporters.

Each player on the team views the Women's T20 World Cup, as well as every game we play, as a chance to put our best foot forward as a team and encourage ambitious young cricket players everywhere to follow and take up the game that we all love and respect.

Our team's goal is to take home this cherished trophy, and I believe that together, we are capable of doing so. We qualified for and finished quite near to the final of the last Women's T20 World Cup in South Africa in 2023. We also made it to the final in Australia in 2020. It demonstrates that the group has the experience and skills necessary to succeed on the biggest platform.

There is a lot to look forward to and excitement around the camp as we prepare for our first-ever performance in the United Arab Emirates. I have a good feeling that when we play around Dubai and Sharjah, a sizable crowd will show out.

This bunch, which has played a lot of competitive cricket around the world, has a good deal of experience. While several of our team members are only in their early 20s, they have played a lot of cricket, have been through hard situations and have come out victors.

Additionally, the new faces in the squad come with enthusiasm to learn and perform and bring that excitement into the mix.

There is togetherness in the group and a wonderful level of respect towards one other. We support one another and see to it that nobody is ever left behind. Our support staff is also very helpful as they contribute greatly to keeping a positive environment within and around the team.

If anything, we started getting ready for this competition as soon as the most recent Women's T20 World Cup concluded.

The group has a distinct goal, and everyone is allowed to prepare however they see fit to ensure the group's success.

While cricketing prowess is undoubtedly important, players' physical condition is also given equal attention because we know how important it is and how much it can impact the game. The fact that every participant has accepted this concept and approach is also beneficial.

The team's tactics will change depending on the opposition, but our fundamental goal is to play to our strengths and reach our greatest potential.
