The 2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup will be the ninth edition of the tournament, originally planned to take place in Bangladesh from October 3 to 20, 2024. However, due to ongoing political unrest in Bangladesh, the event has been relocated to the United Arab Emirates, though the Bangladesh Cricket Board retains the hosting rights. Australia, the reigning champions, won the previous edition by defeating South Africa in the final.
Ahead of the T20 World Cup, the participating teams will take part in ten warm-up matches, scheduled to be held from September 28 to October 1, 2024.

These matches will be 20 overs per side but will not hold official T20 international status, allowing teams to field their entire 15-player squad.
