The 2nd Edition of the Legends League Cricket (LLCT20) will be played in India, as the organizers have confirmed a move from Oman to India. The inaugural season of the international T-20 cricket league, which will feature various retired players from around the world, was held in Oman last year. It attracted a massive audience from India for the legends competing from across the world.

The 2nd season of LLCT20 will offer extra excitement with more than 110 cricket legends will feature. Cricketing Legends from more than ten nations (India, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, Australia, Nepal, Afghanistan, England, Australia, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, West Indies and Bangladesh) are about to participate. Participation of Pakistan players will be doubtful as this tournament will be played in India.

Former India captain and veteran batter Sourav Ganguly is expected to play in the upcoming second season of the Legends League Cricket, with Virender Sehwag and Yuvraj Singh (LLC). South Africa's two ionic players, Jacques Kallis and Dale Steyn, have also joined the T20 tournament's elite group of players for season two.

As of now 50 players around the world as confirmed their participation namely:

  • Indian Legends: Virender Sehwag, Sourav Ganguly, Harbhajan Singh, Sreesanth, RP Singh, Joginder Sharma, Parthiv Patel, Yusuf Pathan, Irfan Pathan, Naman Ojha, Ashok Dinda, Pragyan Ojha, Badrinath, Mohammad Kaif, Stuart Binny, Laxmi Shukla, Pravin Tambe, Reetinder Singh Sodhi
  • Sri Lankan Legends: Muthiah Muralidaran, Thisara Perera, Farveez Maharoof, Upul Chandana, Ajanta Mendis, Chaminda Vaas, Dhammika Prasad, Dilhara Fernando, Romesh Kaluwitharana
  • England Legends: Eoin Morgan, Ravi Bopara, Monty Panesar, Chris Tremlett, Liam Plunkett, Matt Prior, Tim Bresnan
  • Australian Legends: Mitchell Johnson, Brett Lee, Shane Watson
  • South African Legends: Morne Morkel, Albie Morkel, Jonty Rhodes, Jacques Kallis, Dale Steyn
  • West Indies Legends: Chris Gayle, Dinesh Ramdin, Lendl Simmons
