Royal London One-day Cup: Pujara smashes 107 runs off 79 Balls

Cheteshwar Pujara's 79-ball 107 was in fruitless as Sussex were beaten by Warwickshire while chasing huge total of 311 at Edgbaston Birmingham. Warwickshire opted to bat first after winning the toss and finished with a 300-plus score with the help of Robert Yates's 114 and twin fifties from Will Rhodes (76) and Michael Burgess (58).

Sussex opener Ali Orr (81) batted well helps Pujara in retaining Sussex's chances alive. Pujara hit 7 fours and 2 sixes in his 107 knock, He also hammered 22 runs in the 45th over bowled by Norwell. With 20 runs required off the final 2 overs, Oliver Hannon-Dalby bowled Pujara out on the first ball. After his wicket, it was a boring finish as Sussex were reduced to 306/7.
