New Zealand posts an incredible total of 225 on the board. They couldn't get over 200 in Ireland, but now they've got 225 on a change of a track with short boundaries. Mark Watt, Chris Greaves, and Hamza Tahir were all well with the ball, while the rest were bowled for plenty of runs, and five no-balls. It was nearly an additional over bowled. Chris Sole conceded 72 runs in his 4 overs and recored second-most expensive bowler in T20Is. Finn Allen played a brilliant knock and bring his maiden T20I century in just 54 balls
After making a mammoth 225 total, New Zealand was in commanding position. As the hosts were never in the game, it was a nice workout for all of their bowlers. Scotland tried to strike, but reaching halfway to that score against a dynamic New Zealand bowling attack was always going to be a wonder. Sodhi wowed with a 4-fer, making excellent use of his googly. Bracewell and Santner rotated the ball well and varied their speeds to get wickets. New Zealand's fielding was once again exceptional, particularly Phillips and Allen in the outfield.
