Weber WBBL|10 Finals schdeule confirmed

After obtaining the hosting rights for The Final, which will take place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Sunday, December 1, the Melbourne Renegades are one step closer to winning the Weber WBBL|10 championship.

The Renegades, who have never participated in a WBBL final, have earned a chance at their first championship after securing the top slot on the competition table with seven regular season victories.


The Renegades will be joined in the Weber WBBL|10 Finals Series by the Brisbane Heat, Sydney Thunder, and Hobart Hurricanes.

The schedule for the Weber WBBL|10 Finals is:

• Sydney Thunder vs. Hobart Hurricanes, The Knockout, Drummoyne Oval, Wednesday, November 27, 7:15 p.m. AEDT.
• The Challenger: Brisbane Heat vs. The Knockout winner, Friday, November 29, Allan Border Field, 7:15 p.m. AEDT/6:15 p.m. AEST
• Melbourne Cricket Ground, Sunday, December 1, 1:20 PM AEDT, Melbourne Renegades vs. Challenger winner

All WBBL|10 Finals tickets will be available for purchase on Monday at www.bigbash.com.au starting at 10:00 a.m. local time for club members and 12:00 p.m. for the general public in each market.

Seven, FOX SPORTS, 7plus, and Kayo Sports will all broadcast live for every Finals game, while ABC Sport and SEN will provide radio coverage.

The Finals series comes after a very successful home and away WBBL|10 season, in which average attendance at games increased by 21% annually. According to intermediate estimates, the combined viewership of broadcast and streaming has increased by 38% per match this season.

During Finals week, the League will also reveal a number of prizes and merit teams. The WBBL|10 Team of the Tournament, the Young Gun Award, the BKT Golden Cap winners, and the WBBL Team of the Decade will also be revealed.

Early in 2025, the Australian Cricket Awards will honor the WBBL|10 Player of the Tournament.
