West Indies team has been announced for the ODI against India | West Indies vs India 2023

The team for the three-game CG United One Day International (ODI) Series sponsored by YES BANK against India, which begins on Thursday, July 27, at Kensington Oval, has been announced by the Cricket West Indies (CWI) Senior Men's Selection Panel.

The 15-members team was selected after a four-day training camp at Kensington Oval, which was held to get the white-ball players ready for the upcoming CG United ODI Series and the five-match T20I Series that will come after. Fast bowler Oshane Thomas and left-handed batsman Shimron Hetmyer have both been recalled by the selectors. Following their recovery from surgery, leg-spinner Yannic Cariah and left-arm spinner Gudakesh Motie have been added to the lineup, along with fast bowler Jayden Seales.

The first two games of the three-match CG United ODI Series will be played at Kensington Oval on Thursday, July 27 and Saturday, July 29.

The third and final CG United ODI will be played at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad the following day, Tuesday, August 1.
