Hasan Ali replaces injured Mohammad Wasim Jr

Pakistan young fast bowling sensation Mohammad Wasim Jr is the recent player to withdraw from the event due to injury. Also the second player from Pakistan along with Shaheen Afridi to Miss the event and he is replaced by experienced Hasan Ali. The PCB chief selector was approached by Team management for the replacement player. Hasan was working in the national high performance centre for the past three weeks to take part in a regional T20 tournament scheduled from Aug 30.

Wasim picked up the injury during team practice session on Wednesday as MRI results showed the injury is side strain and the player is in monitrance of team's medical staff for rehabilitation. The doctor's also confirmed it would take almost a month for recovery and play professional cricket means he will be available for England tour starting after the Asia cup in sep.
