Few players could have scripted a better comeback than Mosaddek Hossain. Recalled to the national side after a lengthy absence, the right-handed all-rounder displayed confidence and maturity throughout his unbeaten knock of 86 from just 70 deliveries.
Mosaddek attacked Australia's spin bowlers effectively, striking seven boundaries and three sixes. His ability to rotate strike and accelerate during the latter stages ensured Bangladesh maintained momentum despite losing wickets at regular intervals.
