The victory not only earned the franchise its maiden title but also ensured that the tournament crowned a new champion for the third consecutive season.

Leading from the front, captain Shahbaz Ahmed delivered one of the finest innings of the tournament, smashing an unbeaten 88 off just 46 deliveries. His explosive knock featured seven boundaries and six towering sixes, helping the Tigers recover from an early collapse and post a match-winning total.
