The fastest and most exciting format in cricket is returning for an incredible season filled with thrilling matches and battles. Beginning with Season 2 of Zim Afro T10 in Harare, the 2018 T10 cricket season promises to be bigger and better.
The highly anticipated T10 format will travel to Asia, North America, and Africa over the course of the next four months. The season begins on September 21–29 in Harare with the return of Zim Afro T10, whose player draft is scheduled for September 8.
Prior to the draft, six Zim Afro franchises signed their global superstars and icons directly, completing their 15-man roster with the inclusion of a 16th player who serves as their worldwide icon. Up to six local Zimbabwean players will be included in the team, and a global superstar or icon may also be from Zimbabwe.
The Bulawayo Braves Jaguars have signed Australian opener David Warner and West Indies hard-hitter Carlos Brathwaite, while the Cape Town Samp Army went shopping and came back with England's David Willey, Afghanistan's Gulbadin Naib, and Qais Ahmed.
The Durban Wolves have added Yasir Shah and Sharjeel Khan, two left-handed power hitters from Pakistan, as well as Colin Munro and Mark Chapman from New Zealand. Australian Chris Lynn was signed by the Jo'Burg Bangla Tigers, while James Neesham was signed by the Harare Bolts. Along football Thisara Perera (Sri Lanka) and Asif Ali (Pakistan), Blessing Mazurabani (Zimbabwe) has been selected by the New York Strikers Lagos team as one of their strong guns.
Season 2 of the US Masters League, Abu Dhabi T10, and the first-ever Lanka T10 will round up the schedule in December, after Zim Afro T10. After Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka is expected to be the second ICC Full Member country to adopt the T10. The Lanka T10, which features the fastest and most exciting version of the game, will quickly become a major fixture on the Sri Lankan cricket calendar.

Kennar Lewis (West Indies), Rishad Hossain (Bangladesh), Shehan Jayasuriya (Sri Lanka), George Munsey (Scotland), Dasun Shanaka (Sri Lanka: Global Superstar), and James Neesham (New Zealand: Icon) are the Harare Bolts' direct signings.
David Warner (Australia: Icon), Carlos Brathwaite (West Indies), Nick Hobson (Australia), and Kobe Herft (Australia) are the Bulawayo Braves Jaguars players.
Colin Munro (Global Superstar, New Zealand), Mark Chapman (Icon, New Zealand), Will Smeed (England), Sharjeel Khan (Pakistan), Muhammad Irfan (Pakistan), and Yasir Shah (Pakistan) are the players that make up the Durban Wolves.
