Rohit Sharma, Captain of the Indian Cricket Team addressed a press conference at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru after Day 5 of the first IDFC First Bank Test against New Zealand.

After India's defeat in the first Test, Rohit Sharma addressed the media and post-match presentation at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. While acknowledging the disappointment of being bowled out for 46, he stressed the need to move on quickly, saying, "Games like these happen." He admitted that while they expected challenging conditions early on, the team was surprised by their collapse but credited New Zealand’s bowlers for their disciplined effort.
